CFT Complex
As the Project Control Engineer, I was responsible for developing the initial project schedule and performing cost estimation for this large-scale telecom complex.
My Role & Contribution
I designed a comprehensive timeline that aligned the efforts of architecture, structural, MEP, and permitting teams. One of my key contributions was organizing and facilitating coordination among disciplines to streamline the preparation and delivery of technical execution drawings, ensuring timely handoffs to the construction team.
Sepehr Elahiyeh Tower
I oversaw the project control and planning operations during the construction of this iconic high-rise commercial-administrative tower.
My Approach & Contribution
My responsibilities included developing the master schedule, performing budget planning, and coordinating with multiple teams to mitigate delays. I led progress tracking and variance analysis sessions, allowing the management team to make informed, data-driven decisions. The use of critical path method (CPM) and resource-leveling techniques played a key role in ensuring efficiency and preventing cost overruns.
Moghadas Project
I was an integral member of the project control team for this commercial-administrative building, responsible for the baseline schedule and cost estimates.
My Role & Contribution
I initiated and moderated coordination meetings between mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural design teams to ensure all deliverables met internal deadlines and project dependencies were resolved. My planning work helped improve inter-team visibility and reduced design conflicts during early execution phases.
Iran Telecommunication Twin Towers (TCI)
I led cost and schedule planning, and oversaw BIM coordination for one of the most complex and large-scale infrastructure projects in Iran's telecom sector.
My Leadership & Impact
I led cost and schedule planning, while also overseeing BIM coordination between architecture, structural, MEP, and façade teams. Weekly technical meetings under my management enhanced synchronization across design disciplines and reduced bottlenecks in the approval pipeline. My efforts contributed to significantly higher design accuracy and time savings in the structural stage.
Ronika Palace Apartment Hotel
As the Project Control Lead, I supervised the construction schedule, budget, and cost control for this mixed-use hospitality and residential complex.
My Role & Contribution
My responsibility also included maintaining real-time tracking of milestones and resource planning to support smooth coordination among contractors and suppliers.

SmartWAnDS
Smartphone Wound Assessment and Decision Support (SmartWAnDS) is an AI-driven research initiative focused on wound assessment and decision support. As a Research Assistant at WPI, I contribute to developing machine learning models for clinical decision support in wound care, with emphasis on generative AI and systematic reviews.
Project Overview
Chronic wounds affect 10.5 million US patients with prevalence in the elderly, take up to 1 year to heal and cost $28 billion annually. SmartWAnDS utilizes AI to address critical in-home wound care issues including wound type identification, pressure ulcer stage identification, manual wound measurement errors, wound healing progress assessment, and late referrals to experts.
Our smartphone-based wound image analysis system identifies wound types, measures wound size, scores healing progress using the validated Photographic Wound Assessment Tool (PWAT), and recommends when patients should be referred to experts. This is the first system to use AI to generate validated PWAT healing scores and provide evidence-based care recommendations.

Ronika Palace Kohak
The 2,000-unit Ronika Palace Kohak spans a 40,000 m² site in District 22, Tehran, featuring twin‑bedroom apartments sized 100–125 m². Construction is 40% complete, with comprehensive infrastructure, parking, green spaces, and on‑site educational facilities included.




My Role & Contribution
I led the project planning, including timeline development, coordination among architecture, structure, MEP, and permitting teams, ensuring smooth execution. Oversaw integration of residential layouts with amenities like kindergartens, green belts, fitness trails, and helipad logistics.
